Design facts: The design concept was to create a simple outside with a vibrant, unexpected inside–There are three colorful interior connecting courtyards. The outside edge is marked by bay windows and terraces with a common meeting room and office located along the street entrance. The project is certified LEED Platinum marked by solar panels across the entire roof area.
Story to tell: This project site was originally a site for collecting the rain runoff from the surrounding sites. The solution was to collect the run off in underground cisterns and replace the surface drain areas with courtyards–Hence the namesake “Magnolia Court”.
