GLO Architecture takes great pride in contributing to multifamily, particularly affordable multifamily environments. The firm’s multifamily experience of almost 20 years has produced a honed skill of finding solutions that fit their often difficult and leftover sites with imaginative creations which are visually pleasing and budget sensitive. From leftover shipping containers to leftover sites, GLO Architecture has a knack of taking leftovers, using budget limitations with feasibility restraints and turning them into opportunities with beauty and efficiency for people who are often treated like leftovers, but who are able to regain dignity by having a place to call home.
Our process is one of data gathering through asking questions and listening in order to generate a set of design rules and program which act as a guide through the design journey. Along with the budget, local zoning and building codes these provide a guide where GLO Architecture can produce a visually and functionally pleasing outcome which often results in exceeding our clients expectations.
